To match the various international standards of quality and to meet the ever increasing demands of the customers, PCA Signageshas a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit that is spread over an area of 20,000 sq. ft. at Vatva, Ahmedabad. We have installed the latest machinery at our unit that helps in faster production at cost effective prices.
PCA Signages reliable infrastructure, state-of-the-art machinery and meticulous quality control procedures enable it to consistently fabricate signages of the highest quality.
Our team consists of 20 Engineers, 15 Supervisors, 150 Skilled Technicians. Current staff and manufacturing capacity is capable of handling design and signage projects of all varieties at all India level.
Our highly skilled and trained workforce ensures that all products are made to specifications and undergo quality tests. This skilled and professional workforce along with our highly controlled production environment have helped boost our productivity and the quality of our products, which conform to internationally accepted quality standards.
Manufacturing Setup
- Manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and Head office in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- In house manufacturing facilities which include thermoforming, vacuum forming, routing of graphics, routing along a curve and sticker dressing.
- We use high quality raw material such as Aluminium Composite Material(ACM/ACP), Polycarbonate(PC), Acrylic, Panaflex, Vinyl, Steel, Aluminium, Stainless Steel, etc
